New Clients
What to Expect During Your First Session
Beginning therapy is an important step toward healing, growth, and lasting change. During your initial session, we will review intake paperwork, discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your concerns, and identify goals that feel meaningful to you.
This first session is also an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether my approach is a good fit for your needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and more confident about your next steps.
You can request an appointment online, and I will personally follow up to confirm your appointment and answer any questions you may have.

Therapy is an investment in yourself, your relationships, and your future. All services are self-pay, and payment is due at the time of your appointment.

Insurance
I do not currently accept insurance directly. However, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement depending on your insurance plan. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to discuss your mental health benefits and out-of-network coverage.
Upon request, I can provide a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Sliding Scale
Limited sliding-scale appointments may be available based on financial need.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time to avoid being charged the full session fee.
Virtual Therapy
All appointments are currently offered through secure virtual sessions, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Virtual therapy provides the same compassionate, personalized support while offering flexibility and convenience for your busy schedule.
