Therapy Services for Individuals, Couples, Families, and Women’s Groups

Support for Every Stage of Life and Relationship

Life's challenges rarely affect just one area of our lives. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting stress, life transitions, or a desire for personal growth, therapy can provide a space to gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

I offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy services designed to meet you where you are and support you in moving toward greater healing, connection, and self-understanding.

Individual Therapy

Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or disconnected from the person you want to be? Individual therapy provides a supportive space to focus on your unique goals, experiences, and challenges while helping you build confidence, resilience, and lasting emotional well-being.

Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, identity concerns, life transitions, stress management, communication patterns, and personal growth. I also support individuals healing from abuse, traumatic events, and chronic stress, including first responders and crime victims navigating the emotional impact of difficult experiences. Through a collaborative, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approach, we will work to better understand how past experiences and relationships my be influencing your present struggles while building healthier ways to cope, heal, and thrive.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of comfort, and one of our greatest sources of pain. If you and your partner are experiencing communication challenges, recurring conflict, trust concerns, emotional disconnection, codependency, or the effects of infidelity, or feeling disconnected after difficult life experiences, couples therapy can help.

Together, we will strengthen communication, deepen emotional understanding, rebuild trust, restore the friendship and emotional connection, and identify the patterns that may be keeping your relationship stuck. We will also explore how past experiences, attachment patterns, trauma, PTSD, chronic stress, or demanding careers may be influencing the way you communicate, respond to conflict, and connect with one another. My goal is to help you create a healthier relationship built on empathy, resilience, connection, and mutual respect. Couples therapy is about navigating life together instead of feeling alone.

Family Therapy

Families experience seasons of stress, transition, and conflict. Whether you are navigating parenting challenges, blended family dynamics, behavioral concerns, communication difficulties, or ongoing tension within the home, family therapy can help create greater understanding and connection.

Family therapy focuses on improving communication, strengthening relationships, resolving conflict, and helping family members work together more effectively. My role is to provide a supportive environment where each voice can be heard and where families can develop healthier ways of relating to one another.

Women’s Groups

You do not have to navigate life's challenges alone. Women's groups offer a supportive community where you can connect with others who understand the unique demands of balancing relationships, family responsibilities, career pressures, motherhood, and personal growth.

Through guided discussion, reflection, and skill-building, participants learn to strengthen self-esteem, establish healthy boundaries, improve relationships, develop coping strategies, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Healing often happens when we realize we are not alone.
